On 1 March 2021, the new administrative building of the Caspian Shipping Company was opened — President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended. iTech Group built the telecommunications and multimedia infrastructure of the 6-storey building on a turnkey basis, meeting international standards.

- Structured cabling system
- Wired + wireless (Wi-Fi) LAN built on Aruba for a reliable, stable network
- Telephony & multimedia infrastructure; 3CX IP-PBX with Snom (Germany) devices
- TrueConf video conferencing — broadcast extended even to the company's ships so crews can join online
- Conference facilities up to a 250-person room; simultaneous-interpretation, LG LED panels and monitors up to 98″
- Martin Audio (UK) sound systems and Blackmagic Design (Australia) cameras with automatic speaker focus
- Sophos software/hardware for multi-level network and information security
- Custom iTech Group software for conference-room multimedia and the “Witness of Three Centuries” maritime museum
